Selesky Termite and Pest Control works to build long term relationships with our customers by offering quality and efficient service. Residential customers can get a free quote over the phone for general pest control. Our Residential general pest control service covers most ants, spiders, silverfish and roaches and comes with a 90 day service agreement with NO CONTRACTS TO SIGN. We will provide service as often or as little as you like at a flat fee per service, so your service is personalized for your needs.
Subterranean Termite Treatment
We offer subterranean termite treatments and will customize your treatment based on your situation for maximum effectiveness. Because of this, we must visit your home to provide you a quote for a treatment and discuss your treatment options. Termite inspections are free for homeowners. Termite Contract Conversions
We offer subterranean termite contract conversions. If you purchase a home that we have treated in the past (providing the past owner continued our inspection services up until the sale of the home) you can take over the contract for our service. General Pest Control
While we offer general pest control, termite treatment and mosquito control, we do not provide bedbug services. We find bees to be beneficial, so if you have an issue with bees, we will refer you to a beekeeper who can remove the bees for you. Call us for this information.

Wood Destroying Insect Reports
We also offer a Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDI) for your real estate transaction. When purchasing a home, most lenders will require a WDI report.
Many customers schedule this at the same time as other home inspections performed during your option period. This inspection can usually be completed within an hour. Our technician will come to the property and perform an interior and exterior inspection looking for wood destroying insects like termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, etc.
After the inspection, our technician will fill out the paperwork, in most cases at that same time, and will discuss the report with you.
If you are unable to be at the inspections, we will email you the report and an invoice with a secure link to pay online.
When calling for an appointment or pricing information, please have the home's address and square footage on hand. We also need to know if the home is on a slab foundation or on pier and beam construction.
